1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the tk 9999 platform and its users. By visiting this website, creating an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To create an account on tk 9999 and take part in any betting or casino activity, the user must be 21 years of age or older. It is strictly prohibited for anyone below this age to create an account, and any such account will be cancelled immediately.
2.2 Registration Requirements
Users must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. Registering with false or misleading information will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of the balance. Each person may operate only one account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3. Account Security
Each account holder is solely responsible for the security of their account. Users must not share their login credentials — username and password — with any third party, and are obliged to keep this information secure.
If login credentials are compromised or unauthorised access is suspected, the user must contact tk 9999 support immediately. The account holder is personally responsible for all activity on their account. tk 9999 is not liable for any loss arising from the disclosure or misuse of account credentials.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on tk 9999 is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks in Bangladesh). Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Available withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request is processed. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing an approved bonus balance.
4.3 Transaction Limits and Verification
In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, tk 9999 may place the transaction on hold and request additional information from the user. If a satisfactory explanation is not provided, the transaction may be cancelled and the account placed under investigation.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
tk 9999 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the balance to ৳2,500, and a total of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
Each bonus offer has its own terms which should be read before accepting the offer. No bonus is a substitute for cash and cannot be withdrawn until the specified conditions are met. Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
tk 9999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. In the event of a bonus-related dispute, the decision of tk 9999 shall be final.
6. Betting and Game Rules
6.1 Validity of Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Abnormal odds or game results caused by technical errors or incorrect information will be considered void.
6.2 Game Operation
All game and betting outcomes are determined by independent algorithms or live dealer systems. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to network or device issues, it will be settled based on the last recorded state saved in the system.
6.3 Sports Betting
In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. If a match is rescheduled and does not take place within 48 hours of the new time, the bet will be cancelled. Odds displayed in live betting change in real time, and the odds at the moment of clicking are final.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk 9999 platform:
- Operating multiple accounts
- Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account
- Attempting to hack the system or any game
- Placing bets using automated software or bots
- Abusing the bonus system or taking part in bonus fraud
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Harassing other players or staff
- Attempting to fix the outcome of any game or event
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance. Relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Action by tk 9999
If any evidence of a breach of these Terms is found, tk 9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. While suspended, the balance cannot be accessed or transferred.
8.2 Closure at User's Request
If a user wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may contact support. All ongoing bets must be settled and the balance withdrawn before the account is closed.
9. Responsible Gaming Policy
tk 9999 treats sports betting and casino services as a form of entertainment, not as a solution to financial problems. Users of the platform are encouraged to play consciously and within their financial means.

11. Dispute Resolution

Upon receiving a complaint, tk 9999 will investigate and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. 12. Changes to Terms and Enforceability

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as the user's acceptance of the updated Terms. If any term is not acceptable, users are advised to close their account.
If any clause of these Terms is found to be partially or fully unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue in full effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
